Briefs

While there is no required format for briefs, at a minimum, they should include a recitation of facts and issues, a discussion of claims/defenses, a brief procedural history and any prior settlement discussions. Any other relevant information, photos, videos and/ or documents are welcomed.

Briefs ideally should not exceed ten pages (excluding exhibits) and arrive at least five business days prior to a scheduled date of mediation. Briefs intended to be confidential (not served on opposing party) should be clearly marked as such.
